2026 Rates and Pricing Structure

We would love to welcome you to The Hamilton House in the coming months and into 2026 and beyond.  This is a very unique rental as your large group can stay in one location with multiple shared entertaining spaces, quiet nooks and commercial size dining room and kitchen.   Our goal is to allow everyone in your party a hotel quality room with a private bath along with shared common entertainment space for all.   

Our prices are based loosely a cost per room so $250 x 11 for instance on the weekends in the summer = $2750.  

Our Main Season: Memorial Day until New Years

4th of July is a Premium week with a 5 day minimum and premium price.   Rates vary based on holidays and/or season. 

Rates:

Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): $2750

Weekdays (Monday thru Thursday): $2200

Cleaning: $600

Events: $2500 Minimum

Please note due to the extensive renovation and upgrades made to The Hamilton House, we are implementing a no pet policy.  We love animals too, but we also want our guests to experience the freshness of the renovation for years to come.  Can't live without Fifi,  Consider renting one of our causeway cottages in conjuntion with the hamilton house.  the cottages allow for one small pet with additonal fee.  call us direct so we can asses your animal.  A

ny guests with pets unaccounted for will incur a $500+ fee.
